I've finally put together a review of some cutsews I've got on Taobao a while ago. Two of them are from Litte Dipper and one from To Alice.
The ones on Little Dipper are not available anymore, but the To Alice one still is!
After a long time looking for plus size friendly cutsews... I've got three at once! <3
Eu pedi o da To Alice em branco e os da Little Dipper foram pedidos um em branco e outro em creme; mas todos eles são off-white. Na melhor das hipóteses. Eles são quase creme... Eu não sei se foi uma falha de comunicação minha com o shopping service, ou do shopping service com a loja ou a loja cometeu um erro mesmo. Mas tá de boa. Eu gostei da cor, ela fotografa bem e acho que combina tanto com cores frias quanto com quentes.
Eu estou mencionando isso porque eu já tive problemas com um item de reserva da Little Dipper. Eu comprei uma blouse em XL e a medida do busto estava bem errada. Eu dei uma segunda chance pra eles e não me arrependi! Mas eu recomendo que você peça para que o seu SS confira as medidas antes de te enviar teu item.
I've ordered the To Alice one in white and the Little Dipper ones were ordered one in white and one in cream; but all of them look off-white. At best. They are almost cream... I don't know if this was a miscommunication between me and the shopping service, or the shopping service and the seller or the seller made a mistake. But it's cool. I liked the color, it photographs well and I think it works with cooler or warmer colors.
I'm mentioning it because I've had an issue with a reservation item from Little Dipper in the past. I've got an XL blouse and the bust measurements were way off. I gave them a second chance and did not regret it! But I do advise you to ask for your SS to check the measurements before sending the item to you.
Aí depois de muito acompanhar as lojas do Taobao acabei encontrando esses três! O preço dos três juntos foi de mais ou menos 70 dólares, achei justo. Os tamanhos são ótimos e todos eles esticam MUITO no torso.
I've been willing to get some cutsews for a while, since they are more pleasant for the everlasting summer over here, but from japanese brands is almost impossible to find one that reaches 100cm bust. Alright, they stretch and so what... But I did not wanna risk spending over 100 bucks on a piece marked with 86cm bust.
And then after constantly checking Taobao stores I've ended up finding this three! The combined price was something like 70 dollars, I find it fair. The sizing is great and they are REALLY stretchy around the torso.
Mas, depois de dizer isso do torso... As mangas não esticam muito mais não. Um deles não estica nenhum pouco, na verdade. Ele não tem elástico nem botão nem nada. Os outros dois ficam confortáveis em mim, mas acredito que não ficariam confortáveis em alguém com bracinhos mais gordinhos que os meus.
Os tamanhos que peguei foram M e XL; M pra To Alice, era o maior disponível, e XL pra Little Dipper, eles vão até o XXL. As medidas dos XL estavam com um pouco de sobra, mas não me arrisquei a pegar os menores por medo da largura das mangas, que na verdade não estava na tabela de medidas do site. E eu fiz bem. :P
That being said about the torso... The sleeve cuffs don't stretch that much. One of them doesn't stretch at all, actually. It doesn't have shirring nor buttons or anything. The other two are comfortable on me, but I believe they won't be in anyone with arms chubbier than mine.
The sizing I've got was M and XL; M for To Alice, it was the largest available, and XL for Little Dipper, they go up to XXL. The measurements of the XL ones were a bit big, but I did not risk getting smaller ones out of fear of the sleeve cuffs being too tight, the cuffs measurements were not available on the website. I did the right thing. :P
Fiz um vídeo usando todos eles, achei que seria melhor que fotos para mostrá-los. Nele eu estou usando um sutiã comum e só. Quando eu uso lolita normalmente coloco um sutiã compressor e uso uma cinta, dessas de lycra mesmo só pra alisar um pouco meus caroços. Não usei para mostrar como fica de uma maneira mais crua mesmo.
Eles são bem longos, e acho que ficariam ótimos em pessoas mais altas, e pros meus 1,58m fica impossível de usá-los por cima da saia, como dá pra ver no vídeo que eu fiz. Todos os detalhes das medidas podem ser encontrados lá também.
I've made a video wearing all of them, I thought it would be better than pictures to show them. In it I'm only wearing a regular bra. When I wear lolita I normally use a minimizer bra and a waist cincher, those simple lycra ones just to smooth down this lumps. I did not do it in the video to show how the pieces look in a more raw way.
They are a but on the longer side, and I think they would be great on taller people, and for my 5 ft 2 it's impossible to wear them over a skirt, as you can see in the video. All the detailed measuring can be found there too.

E aí, o que acharam? Gostam de cutsews ou acham que não são peças importantes no guarda-roupas de uma lolita? Não esquece de deixar tua opinião lá em baixo!
Their quality is great. The transparencies are delicate and aren't completely see-through. The possibility of detaching the bottom of the bib from the To Alice's one creates pretty interesting coordinating possibilities. Oh, and the bow on it's collar is removable and there's glitter in the buttons!
